Treasure from Hungary’s most famous wine region

Unique and rare Tokaji Aszú wines are only produced in the Tokaj-Hegyalja region, in north-east Hungary (Tokaji means from Tokaj). Crown Estates of Hungary, the leading Hungarian owned producer in the region, epitomises the heritage of Tokaj.
Crown Estates of Hungary have developed their Castle Island dry wines for the UK and other export markets. The Tokaji Furmint & Hárslevelű (lime-leaf) are young, fruity, dry wines ideally suited to spicy fish and poultry dishes.
The company owns the astounding Museum Cellar, where top vintages from the past 100 years are stored underground in a labyrinth of C13th chambers. They also own the former Imperial ‘Great First Growth’ Szarvas single vineyard Estate.
